RIP - Carl Warwick

 

Carl Warwick, an outfielder for the Colt .45s, Cardinals, and others during the first half of the 1960s, passed away on April 5, 2025 at age 88.

Warwick played for the Dodgers in early-1961, and with the Cardinals for most of '61 and the first month of the 1962 season. 

 

He was traded to the Colt .45s and was a regular there for the remainder of  '62 and all of  '63. 

 

Warwick returned to the Cardinals in a backup role for 1964 and part of 1965, then played sparingly with the Orioles in the 2nd half of 1965. 

 

He finished up with the Cubs in 1966.
