RIP - Larry Burright

 
Larry Burright, a middle infielder for the Dodgers and Mets in the early 1960s, passed away on October 14, 2025 at age 88.
He played in the Dodgers' farm system from 1957-61, then spent the entire 1962 season with the Dodgers. 
 
After the 1962 season, he was traded to the Mets for pitcher Bob Miller. Burright played in the Mets' farm system from 1963-65, while also seeing action in 41 games for the Mets in 1963 (until losing his 2B job to rookie Ron Hunt) and 3 games in 1964.
